I then transitioned to the stack and tilt, which at least got the lower body involved before moving to a more “classic” swing that involves swing athletically, naturally and with plenty of leg movement. This has resulted in an increase of around 10 miles per hour with the drive when combined with overspeed training with the SuperSpeed System!
